When you want a person, not a website
The roadmap and every guide on this site are free and always will be. Some situations are tangled enough that reading is not the bottleneck. These are the three ways to get a real person on it, and none of them is a subscription you forget to cancel.
The Untangle
$___ · 90 minutes · one session
You talk through the whole situation once. I map it, name what is urgent, and send you a written plan in your own words within two days.
- 90 minute call, recorded for you
- A written sequence with dates, not a list of links
- Names and numbers for your county, checked
- One follow-up email at any point in the next 30 days
Six Weeks to In Order
$___ · small group · starts quarterly
A cohort with a deadline, because self-paced courses on this subject do not get finished. Six weeks, six phases, and everyone leaves with the documents actually signed.
- Weekly 60 minute group session, evenings
- The full template set, week by week
- A private group of people in the same season
- Office hours for situations that will not fit a template
The Binder
$___ · buy once · yours to keep
Everything I built for my own family, cleaned up. The authority map, the one-page money sheet, the hospital questions, the sibling agreement, the discharge checklist.
- Editable templates, not locked PDFs
- The hospital and discharge scripts
- The sibling conversation agenda
- Free updates as laws and forms change
What I am, and what I am not
I am not a lawyer, a doctor, a nurse, a social worker, or a licensed care manager. I do not give medical, legal, or financial advice, and I do not accept referral fees from any provider, ever.
What I do is sequence. I have run this process three times at once for my own family while running a company, and what I bring is an operator's habit of turning a mess into a plan with dates on it. When what you need is an elder law attorney, a geriatric care manager, or a clinician, I will say so and help you find one who has no financial interest in the outcome.
Tell me where you are
Two or three sentences about the situation is enough. I will tell you which of these three fits, or that none of them does and what to do instead.
